AMC Administrator, Astik Kumar Pandey submitted the annual budget of Rs. 1275.24 Crore for the year 2021-2022.
The Aurangabad Municipal Corporation (AMC) adminstrator Astik Kumar Pandey today submitted the annual budget of Rs. 1275.24 Crore for the year 2021-2022. After deducting balance will be Rs. 84.34 lakh.
The AMC has made a provision of Rs. 24 Crore to implement Swach Bharat Mission. Also Rs. 50 Crore for Smart City, apart from Rs. 100 Crore for the construction of tar roads in the city through the AMC fund.
The total outstanding of property tax and water tax is Rs. 8-- Crore. The AMC has decided to recover the old dues in three instalments from the property holders, while the current year taxes will be collected separately.
